I wanted to do something a little different with my monthly favorites. So, I asked some of my subscribers and followers to share any of their favorite products with me. I’m happy to share so many different things with you. I really think there is something for everyone. Let’s get started!

Patty shared two of her favorite products.

Gillette Venus Razors – Patty says, “I love my Venus Razors because they last long, give you a close shave and never cut my legs!”

Burberry London Classic Perfume – As someone who suffers from migraines, Patty said this perfume has a nice scent that isn’t over powering and she can still wear it even with a headache.
Melanie has three favorites to share. The first one is Lush Shampoo Bars. Melanie’s favorite is the Seanik. She says her hair just feels good with it. It’s not heavy but feels like it conditions while it cleans. She said with her fine hair, it keeps her hair from drying out without weighing it down or feeling oily.
Home & Home Décor
Louise’s also had two favorite products to share.
Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner. Louise says she uses it for everything, pet stains, walls, tubs and puts it in her carpet cleaner.
Dawn Dishwashing Liquid. Louise says she uses it to remove stains from clothing. Everything from spots, lipstick, chocolate, and red sauce. She also says it works very well on work clothes, such as grease stains. She just puts it on the spot, rubs and washes it out.
Lauren K. is not only sharing a product with us but a recipe as well.
Bella 8 qt pressure cooker! I use it at least 3 times a week. I must feed 8 people and have a newborn, so it is hard to have time to plan/cook meals for everyone. Since it is 8 qts, it holds a ton of food. My favorite thing to make is chicken thighs (bone in/bone out) they always come out tender.
My newest go to recipe (not super quick but worth it/takes about a 1/2 hour): Season thighs (whatever seasoning). My favorite is The Gourmet Collection Paprika Lemon & Lime Spice Blend.
Turn pressure cooker to Sauté and brown both sides of the thighs for about 2-3 minutes each using regular olive oil or whatever oil you want. After they are browned put aside and toss in a chopped large onion and cook until soft.
Add some garlic
Add 2 cups of chicken broth and scrape up the bits on the bottom.
Add 1 cup of basmati or risotto
Salt and pepper
Add chicken back in and turn pot to chicken setting for 8 minutes.
If it looks watery when done put it on for another 5 minutes. That should do the trick. Add some Parmesan cheese when serving!
Entertainment, Books, TV & Movies
Melanie’s second favorite product is the “Twilight” series books & movies. Melanie says she fell in love with the books first and when the movies came along, it gave her faces to put with the characters. Even though some faces were different than what she originally envisioned in her head, it worked for her. She loved the story, basically a different version of Beauty & The Beast. Shy, naïve girl falls in love with a “monster.” There was just something about the story that connected with her. She loved all the characters and was completely addicted to the books and the movies.
Melanie’s third favorite is the TV show “Friends”. She feels this was the absolute best cast, best chemistry ever. It’s her all-time favorite show and it never gets old. She said it will still make her laugh out loud or cry (like when Chandler & Monica become engaged). She literally watches the reruns every day.
One of the Lauren J’s favorites right now is the book, “Daisy Jones and the Six” by Taylor Jenkins-Reid and she recommends it specifically on audiobook. Lauren, says,” The reason I loved it is the structure is so unique. It is written as a series of interviews for a book on the band’s history. In the audiobook, they made it a full cast audio so every interview has a different voice actor, which really immerses you in the story. Also one of the voice actors is Judy Greer, which is extra fun.”
Non-product
Lastly, one of my favorite things this month, is having my son’s after school therapy scheduled. We have a new team of 3 therapists and I’m really happy with the way things are going and how Michael seems to be adjusting. When Michael is happy, I’m happy.
I hope you enjoyed this month’s favorites and I would like to thank my subscribers and followers for sharing their favorites with me this month. It was a lot of fun! Please tell me in the comments below, what are some of your favorites?
