I’m so happy to be kicking off my fourth Annual Christmas Card Exchange! All the rules are still the same. Please see address information at the end of the post!
I’ve been sending out Christmas cards since I was a little girl. I remember watching my mom write out her cards at our kitchen table and asking if I could help. Sometimes she would let me put them in the envelopes and I would get so excited! I’m pretty sure that’s why, today, I love sending friends and family cards for all occasions, but Christmas time is my favorite.
This year I knew I wanted to use some of our pictures from our Disney trip on our Christmas card. I was having such a hard time deciding if I wanted a “year in review card”, or just a regular Christmas card. After looking at so many cards and becoming completely frustrated, I finally narrowed it down. You would think my life depended on finding the perfect card!
Now I must admit, I no longer actually “write” out my cards anymore. Like most, I have our names and/or message printed. To top it off, I have my return address printed on the envelopes and I create address stickers for the front of the cards. So, this had me thinking it would be so nice if everyone took or had the time to write out their Christmas cards like we used to.
Therefore, I’d love to invite everyone to my very first Christmas card exchange. Although Miles Kimball is not going to be happy with me, my only requirement is that you fill out the card in your own handwriting. So, please send me a Christmas card and I’ll send one back to you! I’ll list my address below. To take it up a notch, I’m going to place all of you who participate in a drawing for a New Year’s giveaway!
Let’s bring back the art of writing and fun in exchanging Christmas cards again! So, who is in?! I’d love to hear in the comments below.
