Welcome! I am so happy and grateful you are here!
The story behind “Love always Joann” –
In 2018, I started my blog as a way of honoring my late mom’s wish of me writing a memoir. As much as I wish I had the time to dedicate to my memoir, it is not possible. Every day I often think of my life growing up and how she always inspired me to write. She introduced me to my love of books and writing. And she is the main reason for this blog. I knew I had to find a way of fulfilling her wish (and mine too) and this seemed like the perfect way to do it. I hope you find my stories interesting, humorous, and inspiring.

Meet the woman behind who started it all –
Hi friends! My name is Joann, and I am a wife, a mom of twin boys, a lovable chocolate lab and very talkative bird! My twin boys are 10 years old, and their names are Michael and Alex. In February 2014, my son Michael was diagnosed with Autism. He is nonverbal; however, he has started putting words together slowly but surely. He has made a lot of progress and I could not be prouder of him. My son Alex is a beautiful little boy with the prettiest blue eyes you have ever seen. I always tell everyone Alex can talk enough for both. He is super smart and makes me laugh all day.
It is all about you!
You are my reason for being here. Since starting this blogging journey, I’ve reach so many women who share similar life journeys. My hope is to continue making important connections and inspiring women to find themselves among the chaotic lifestyle of being a wife, and autism mom. I am here to remind you that you are worthy of living a life well-loved, even as an autism mom, stay at home mom, or working mom. Finding a way back to yourself can be easy once you are able to figure out what it was about yourself that you enjoyed before becoming an autism mom. For me, personally, it was cooking and baking and my childhood love of all things Disney. Let us walk this journey together!
My loves!
I met my husband at work, he was my supervisor (that’s a story for another day)

We waited a long time for our beautiful boys to come into our lives, but they are everything good in my life!

My Maggie Moo was my first baby and I absolutely adore her!

Little Ms. Nikki can talk way too much sometimes.
